Kamp Tidbits was born from a unique intersection of healthcare exposure, senior care experience, and personal transformation — all centered around one core belief: when you address the root causes of health issues, the body has an incredible ability to heal.

Cari Kamp is a certified Nutritional Health & Wellness Coach who has witnessed firsthand how real-food nutrition and intentional lifestyle changes can help individuals manage chronic inflammation, improve metabolic markers, and regain control of their health. Through her work with individuals, families, and senior care environments, she has seen how often symptoms are managed while root causes are overlooked.

A Personal Health Journey That Shaped the Mission

In 2011, Cari began her own health and wellness journey after facing challenges including pre-diabetes, insulin resistance, and low thyroid function. Wanting solutions beyond pharmaceuticals, she immersed herself in learning about nutrition, inflammation, and metabolic health.

What she discovered challenged much of the conventional advice she had followed for years. The Standard American Diet, with its emphasis on frequent meals and constant snacking, was not supporting her health. By transitioning to a low-inflammatory, nutrient-dense, whole-food lifestyle, incorporating intermittent fasting, and supporting her body with targeted supplementation, Cari was able to reverse insulin resistance and improve thyroid function naturally.

That transformation became the foundation of her work — and the spark behind her passion to help others experience the same clarity, energy, and health.

Cari is certified through an accredited certification program focused on nutrient-dense whole foods, with advanced training in:

This vision led to the creation of Thrive At Your Home, a global private community co-founded with Hal Cranmer, designed to help individuals and caregivers improve health, maintain independence, and remain in their own homes for as long as possible.
